Please fill in the "Product Warranty Card" and return it to KUJU within 30 days from the date of purchase to establish the warranty service.
The following situations are covered by warrant：
Failure occurs without improper overhaul & under normal use within warranty periods. Within warranty period, free product replacement within one months & one year free repair services from the date of purchase.
Maintenance / Direct Replacement Procedure :
If the product fails, please bring along the purchase invoice, warranty cards and other valid proof of purchase to the reseller for product maintenance services.
In compliance with the provisions of the direct replacement of products, distributors can give direct products replacement. In other cases, customer needs to wait for the maintenance or replacement after the distributor consulted with original manufacturer.
The following does not belong to the scope of free maintenance, customer service center can provide paid services :
-Product or its components is out of warranty period (i.e. one year from the date of purchase). Failure to provide valid purchase invoice or receipt to prove the date of purchase, the production date of the product will treat as the date of purchase.
-Defects caused by improper uses, disassemble, repair or alteration.
-Defects caused by the purchaser during transportation.
-Artificially damaged or deformed
-Failure by improper use
-Damaged or malfunction caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning
-Failure or damage that is not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing & quality of the product itself.
Service or content which is not within the product commitments
Company does not undertake repair postage
The principle of direct replacement is to replace with the same type of a new product (If the product discontinued, the price different will be charged for latest upgraded product). Damaged products need to return to our Shenzhen factory.
Free warranty service is providing one year from the date of purchase and direct replacement one month from the date of purchase with original warranty card presented.
